With his 23+ years of experience helping thousands of people bring out the good in themselves to cope with difficult situations, he lovingly helps people bring out the best in relationships, coping, and their spirituality and performance.
He has specialties in helping people move from suffering to living with and transcending depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, relationship issues, and spiritual crises.
In addition to his counseling experience, he has experience with utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a state of the art treatment for traumatic memories, and clinical hypnosis.
