From the mouth of children.

Riddle for the day from my 9-year-old daughter Noël. This riddle has surprising philosophical perspective.

Imagine yourself in a closed box. There are no openings, no windows, doors, latches, anything. How do you get out?

Stop imagining that you are in a closed box.

Think about times that you view the world negatively.  That is like being locked in a closed box with no way out.  The key is to recognize that you are viewing the world negatively, own that fact, and choose to back out of the negative way of thinking to a more realistic way of thinking, in which you are able to see both good and bad at the same time.
