A mantra to use when you are overwhelmed.

It is what it is.
In this present moment.
And, that’s OK.
Things will change.

When you are overwhelmed, try repeating this over and over and savoring each word for about 30 seconds or so and note if there is any change, however slight, in how you feel.

It should help.
