That time of year again.

Want a successful New Year’s set of resolutions this year?

No problem.

Pick only one. Make it central to who you are. Record written daily progress with it in a calendar. Talk about it with close friends, who will hold you accountable.

Only one. The more varied, Ill-defined, unimportant to you, and unrealistic your goals, the less likely you’ll accomplish any.

It must matter. Otherwise it won’t, and it’ll be another failed resolution.

Good luck.
