Don’t seek Happiness.

Don’t seek Happiness, because you’ll pine for it when you don’t have it, and fear losing it when you have it.

Seek Contentment, the ability to be at an unattached peace in good or bad times.

When you find Contentment, open yourself to the Wonder of the Mystery of the Divine whispering to you in the moment, and you will find Joy.
