How does mindfulness reduce anxiety?

Interesting article about the practice of mindfulness, which is similar to what i teach people who are anxious when I teach them anxiety.

The article contains references to how your brain chemistry and structure is actually changed by adopting the practice of mindfulness, which is simply shifting your focus to a nonjudgmental view of what happens to you in the moment.

Any questions, think about asking me if you are a current client or seeing if I or others in my practice who use this can help you.
